Do your research before ordering from Hot Tub Covers Canada. I re-ordered a skin for my cover that I ordered 4 years ago in light grey. I ordered the exact same cover. When I received the cover it was medium/dark grey. I understand colours fade, but my original cover was never this dark. When I reached out to customer service they told me this is what light grey looks like now and dye lots change. Not once when I placed the order did someone tell me the colour may vary from my original light grey colour. I even spoke with a woman on the phone about my order. Their solution to this problem is that I can buy a new cover in a new colour for a discounted price. Awful customer service. They don't even have the colour I want. When I asked for a manager's number they would not provide one. I'm a friendly, patient, and understanding customer, but I will never order from this company again as a result of this disappointing experience.

Our first cover came damaged - appeared to be punctured by a forklift (likely shipping company). We had difficulties connecting with the company at first but received communication after a week or so. They sent a replacement and allowed us to keep the original until the replacement came (and haven’t heard if they want it back now). We’re very happy with the replacement cover - it fits our tub perfectly and the materials seem to be high quality. I would suggest the company use a different shipping company after the first experience with the puncture and then when our second cover was delivered, I watched the delivery guy literally throw it off the back of the cube van into our driveway.

After lots of research of companies, I decided to purchase a cover from this company, Hottubcoverscanada -and when it arrived we could all see how much Better quality this new cover was compared to our old one. And they even called to confirm and go over what I had ordered to make sure I understood about the various materials and such -it was helpful. Our old hot tub cover started to literally fall apart after only 4 years (and it had cost me $700)-material was flaking off and we had to hold it together with duct tape! this new cover is hands down better quality -the material is higher grade -the slope is better, the rain just beads off -it cost only slighter higher than the last one -we've had it a few months now, hopefully it will last much longer.

I previously posted a one star review as I was dissatisfied with the customer service. After finally getting hold of someone and speaking with a customer service representative I finally received my hot tub cover. It is actually better than I expected. They did a beautiful job. The colour is perfect and the quality is better than the original. It is a little bit too big, but I can live with that, better than too small.

The new cover arrived, and is a huge upgrade for the cover I had. Good quality materials, stitching seems strong and it fits my hot tub very well. Overall very satisfied with the product. When I ordered the cover, I knew that the product would have wait times as covers are in higher demand, and with COVID there were additional wait times. That being said, I would have appreciated more feedback from Hot Tub Covers as to the status of the order and estimated shipping times. When I did contact them, I had good talks with the staff and they were able to provide me with tracking information. Room for improvement but overall a good experience.

Just got our new cover and I’m a bit disappointed. I paid extra for a 6” bottom flap to hopefully prevent heat loss but it’s so thin that it blows straight up in the slightest wind. I now have tablecloth weights on it to hold it down. I also ordered two handles which were supposed to be “strategically placed” but they are centered on the ends which is the most impossible positioning for opening. One is even behind the bar. So now we have to open it by grabbing the corner of the whole cover. Currently regretting not going back to the original manufacturer even though it was more expensive. I have never done a negative review on anything before but thought this might help others design their cover better (get lots of handles so hopefully one is in a good place and get a sturdier skirt)

Very happy with my new cover. It arrived on time and I'm glad that I ordered some of the upgrades. A phone call to confirm measurements was good. It was recommended that we increase the length and width by 1/2 inch and the radius by 1 inch. It turns out the new cover is indeed larger than the previous cover which fit perfect. When I cut up the old cover, I found an order form showing it was made by the same manufacturer and was made to the measurements I had originally ordered. It's all ok, because bigger is better than too small!
